HomeBlown are planning to license our surfboard foam
production system world-wide, supplying & training licensees.
To expand by shipping containers around the planet is hardly green –
although lucrative. Better, we think, to expand the use of Homeblown chemistry
and technology by having manufacturing bases wherever the market lies;
the shipping of raw materials being 18 times more fuel efficient than
shipping blanks.
Our foam blank system has been honed to the point where satellite manufacturing
bases are possible and given a local market of 5,000 blanks per annum
should yield profits within three years. We are therefore planning to
license our system world-wide on the basis of us supplying the hardware
and chemicals, setting up the system and training the licensees.
However, the amount of technical and chemical skill required should not
